Apples!

My friend Dianne invited me to her farm to pick apples from her orchard!  I left with a huge basket full of sweet, crisp apples.  I've whittled away at the apples, and I'm left with just less than half.  I've made apple crisp, dried apple chips and 23 jars of apple butter.  My life was made so much easier with the purchase of an apple peeler and corer.  I blew through 1/2 the basket of apples in 1/2 the time it would take with a standard peeler.

I love these colorful woven earrings!  So fun to make, especially when the weather is dark and gloomy.....

I was scheduled to have a show this month, but at the last minute the gallery owner changed his mind and canceled.   I decided to keep on going and finish everything I had planned and cast.  Christmas is around the corner.....hopeful that the season will be good.......
